Wes Hudson is the Founder and Managing Member of Otemanu Land Holdings, LLC. Wes provides guidance to investors and developers on real estate transactions, pre-acquisition/development due diligence and structuring, tax mitigation strategies, tax and financial modeling and introductions to equity and strategic partners. Wes has over 30 years of experience in real estate development.
